Perfect location. Beautiful room. Decent breakfast and helpful staff. The only drawback is the very thin walls between rooms allowing you to hear every conversation and noise your neighbors make. Additionally, the church bells go every 15mins Al night long but I like d that.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights to explore Gubbio. ||Location is perfect, rooms clean and comfortable. ||||Note that the hotel is located in ZTL and you will need to leave your car at the parking with yellow gates on the Piazza dei Quaranta Martiri.

I only stayed one night and found the location perfect, close to the main bus stop (I came from Perugia), located on the lower area of the town so easy to get to, no stairs to climb. Staff were lovely, breakfast great. There is also a cute terrace to sit outside.

Wonderful family run hotel in Gubbio. Excellent facilities and just a 2 minute walk from the car park in Piazza 40 Martiri.For Don Matteo fans this hotel is a must. Location perfect. Pet friendly. Ticks all the right boxes. Gubbio is amazing whenever we go we always come back with some Bucchero (black pottery.)

Definitely below expectations, rooms need some refurbishing, staff need some training to be more friendly, elevator used by cleaning lady and clients at same time. Good for the location for 1 night stay in Gubbio, within walking distance from main attractions.
